Ordering & shipping
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is €4.95, and free over €75. Rest of the EU is €9.95, free over €100.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days. Parcels typically arrive the next business day after that.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a track & trace link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the EU?
At the moment we ship within the EU only. For other destinations, email us at hello@soma-living.nl.
Returns & care
Can I return something?
You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I care for linen?
Wash at 30 °C, inside out. Don't tumble dry, and iron while slightly damp. Linen softens beautifully with every wash.
My ceramics have small irregularities — is that normal?
Yes. Our ceramics are handmade, so small variations in glaze, shape and colour are part of the material — and part of the charm.
How do I get the best burn from a candle?
Our 220g candles burn for around 45 hours. The first time, let the wax melt fully across the surface before extinguishing — it'll burn evenly ever after.
